These Terms and Conditions govern access to graywolfpeps.com and any purchase from Gray Wolf Peps. “Gray Wolf Peps,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Gray Wolf Enterprises d/b/a Gray Wolf Peps. “You” means the person using the website and, when applicable, the organization on whose behalf that person acts.

 

By accessing the website, submitting a research or order inquiry, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. You must affirmatively accept these Terms and the incorporated policies before an order is accepted. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.

 

Incorporated Policies

 

The Privacy Policy, Research Use Only and Not for Human Consumption Disclaimer, and Age Requirement are incorporated into these Terms by reference, together with any order-specific terms we provide to you in writing. If a product-specific or order-specific written term conflicts with a general policy, that term controls only for that product or order and only to the extent of the conflict. Nonwaivable law controls over any conflicting term.

 

Eligibility and Authority

 

You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. If you act for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. You must provide accurate information.

 

Research Use Only

 

Products identified as research materials are offered solely for lawful laboratory research. They are not offered or intended for use as foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, drugs, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or veterinary products. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, administration, implantation, injection, inhalation, topical use, diagnosis, treatment, mitigation, cure, or prevention of disease.

 

You may not purchase, possess, resell, transfer, prepare, combine, or use a product for human or veterinary use. You may not purchase on behalf of a person who intends such use. You may not use our products in household, personal, clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, or food applications.

 

Product names and neutral product information do not constitute a representation that a product is safe, effective, approved, sterile, pharmaceutical grade, or suitable for any human, veterinary, diagnostic, or therapeutic purpose.

 

Purchaser Representations

 

Each time you place an order, you represent and warrant that:

 

• you are at least 21 and have legal capacity and authority;

• the purchase is solely for lawful laboratory research;

• neither you nor any recipient will use the product in or on a human or animal;

• you will not use the product as a drug, food, dietary supplement, cosmetic, medical device, active pharmaceutical ingredient for administration, or component of a compounded preparation;

• you have the facilities, training, procedures, and protective equipment needed to receive, store, handle, and dispose of the material safely;

• you will review and follow the product label, safety data sheet where applicable, and applicable laws;

• you will not rely on Gray Wolf Peps for medical, clinical, dosing, reconstitution-for-administration, or safety advice;

• the shipping destination and intended research are lawful; and

• all information you provide is accurate and not misleading.

 

These representations are material to our decision to accept an order. We may request additional information, reject or cancel an order, limit quantities, or refuse service when we reasonably suspect prohibited, unsafe, fraudulent, or unlawful activity.

 

Prohibited Conduct

 

You may not:

 

• seek or share dosing, cycling, injection, self-administration, clinical, or personal-use instructions through the Services;

• submit questions or messages describing personal use or outcomes;

• purchase products together with accessories or materials for the purpose of preparing them for human or veterinary administration;

• make false claims about affiliation, qualifications, intended use, identity, destination, or payment authority;

• evade purchase limits, geographic restrictions, age controls, sanctions, or order screening;

• reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, probe, or misuse the website or its security;

• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;

• use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity; or

• resell a product under claims or circumstances suggesting human or veterinary use.

 

No Medical or Professional Advice

 

Website content is general information about materials and research context. It is not medical, pharmaceutical, veterinary, clinical, legal, safety, or other professional advice. We do not diagnose conditions, recommend treatment, establish dosing, or advise on human or veterinary administration. Nothing on the Services creates a clinician-patient, pharmacist-patient, veterinarian-client-patient, or professional-client relationship.

 

Product Information and Documentation

 

We aim to identify products accurately using neutral, research-oriented information. Images may be illustrative. You are responsible for confirming that the product identity, lot, quantity, storage condition, and available safety documentation meet your lawful research requirements before use.

 

No website language should be understood as a representation that a product is pharmaceutical grade, sterile, safe, effective, or approved for human or veterinary use.

 

Orders and Acceptance

 

The website does not currently offer a shopping cart or online checkout. Pricing, availability, shipping, taxes, payment instructions, and other order-specific terms are provided manually by email.

 

A research or order inquiry is a request for information. It is not an order and does not mean that we have accepted an order. After we provide order-specific terms, your request to purchase is an offer to purchase under these Terms. An acknowledgment of receipt does not mean we accepted the order. We may verify information, including your age and research-use certification, and we accept an order only by sending an express written acceptance or by shipping it. We may decline or cancel an order before shipment for availability, pricing or description errors, suspected prohibited use, legal restrictions, payment risk, quantity limits, or other legitimate reasons. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount charged for the cancelled item.

 

Prices, Taxes, and Payment

 

Prices, availability, and final order terms are provided manually and may change before an order is accepted. You authorize us and any payment provider identified in our payment instructions to charge the total stated in the order-specific terms, including any applicable taxes and shipping. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless a valid exemption is accepted. We may correct obvious errors before shipment and will offer cancellation and refund if a correction increases the amount due.

 

Do not initiate an unjustified chargeback. Contact graywolfpeps@gmail.com first so we can investigate. Nothing in this section limits lawful payment-card dispute rights.

 

Shipping

 

Shipping terms for an accepted order are provided in the order-specific terms. We currently ship only to destinations in the United States. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, unless expressly stated otherwise. We will comply with applicable rules concerning shipment promises, delay notices, cancellation, and refunds. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, secure delivery address and for promptly retrieving the package.

 

Final Sale, Cancellations, and Returns

 

Except where applicable law provides otherwise, all sales are final once payment has been processed. Gray Wolf Peps does not guarantee cancellation, refund, exchange, or return after payment. Gray Wolf Peps may, in its discretion, approve an additional cancellation or other remedy based on the circumstances of an order.

 

Because research materials may be sensitive to storage, tampering, contamination, and chain-of-custody issues, returned products generally cannot be restocked or resold. Do not return a product without our written instructions. These restrictions do not eliminate rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

 

Intellectual Property

 

The website, branding, text, graphics, photographs, software, layout, and other content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable law. Except for ordinary personal browsing and lawful evaluation of a purchase, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, create derivative works from, or exploit the content without written permission.

 

“Gray Wolf Peps” and associated branding may be trademarks or trade dress of Gray Wolf Enterprises d/b/a Gray Wolf Peps. No license is granted except as expressly stated.

 

Third-Party Services

 

Third-party payment, shipping, social, and other services may have separate terms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, but we remain responsible for obligations the law places on us.

 

Disclaimer of Warranties

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement, except to the extent a warranty cannot lawfully be disclaimed. We do not warrant uninterrupted website operation or that every item will be available.

 

Research results depend on methods, equipment, storage, handling, and other factors outside our control. You are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for a lawful research protocol.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gray Wolf Peps and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, lost research, business interruption, or replacement research costs arising from the Services or products.

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited, including to liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

 

Indemnification

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gray Wolf Peps and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, prohibited human or veterinary use, material breach of these Terms, false purchaser representation, resale, or violation of another person’s rights. This obligation does not require indemnification for our own conduct to the extent prohibited by law.

 

Suspension and Termination

 

We may suspend or terminate access, cancel unshipped orders, or refuse future service for a material breach, suspected fraud, safety concern, prohibited use, legal restriction, threat, abuse, or risk to the Services or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, indemnification, dispute terms, and recordkeeping.

 

Electronic Communications

 

You consent to receive transaction and legal communications electronically at the email address associated with your inquiry or order. You may retain copies. Marketing consent is handled separately and is not required to purchase.

 

Governing Law and Disputes

 

These Terms are governed by Colorado law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where nonwaivable law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, the parties will make a good-faith effort to resolve it by written notice describing the dispute and requested resolution. Send notices to graywolfpeps@gmail.com. Either party may seek urgent injunctive relief when necessary to protect safety, confidential information, security, or intellectual property.

 

Changes to the Terms

 

We may revise these Terms prospectively. The posted effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will receive notice where required. Terms in effect when we accept an order generally govern that order unless law requires otherwise.

 

General Terms

 

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, asset transfer, or change of control. These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement concerning the Services and purchases, except for a written agreement signed by an authorized representative.
