GRAY WOLF PEPS • CURRENT RESEARCH CATALOG • U.S. RESEARCH SALES ONLY

Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 22, 2026

Gray Wolf Peps is operated by Gray Wolf Enterprises d/b/a Gray Wolf Peps. In this Privacy Policy, “Gray Wolf Peps,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that entity. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit graywolfpeps.com, join our Launch List, contact us by email, place an order, or otherwise interact with a service that links to this policy. Those websites, pages, communications, and services are collectively the “Services.”

The website is built and hosted on the Wix platform. The website does not currently offer online checkout, customer accounts, or text messaging. Research and order inquiries, pricing, and order arrangements are currently handled by email.

This policy describes our practices. It does not waive any right that cannot lawfully be waived.

Personal Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of personal information.

Identifiers and Contact Information

We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, IP address, device identifiers, and similar identifiers.

Commercial and Transaction Information

We may collect the products and strengths you ask about, research and order inquiries, order history, payment status, shipping method, delivery status, returns, replacements, refunds, chargebacks, and customer-service history.

Payment Information

The website does not currently collect payment information. Payment instructions for an accepted order are provided by email. Any payment processor or financial institution used for an order collects the payment-card or other financial information needed to process the transaction and handles that information under its own privacy and security terms. We generally do not receive or store a complete card number or card verification code.

Internet and Device Activity

We and our website platform provider may collect browser type, operating system, device type, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, referring page, pages viewed, and error logs.

Age Verification Information

Our website age gate asks you to enter your date of birth. The date of birth is used to check that you are at least 21 years old and is not retained. After a successful check, the website stores only a verification flag and a verification timestamp in your browser’s local storage, as described on our Age Requirement page.

Communications and User Content

We may collect research and order inquiries, messages, support requests, product questions, feedback, return requests, and other information you choose to provide. Do not send medical records, diagnoses, prescription information, government identification numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information unless we specifically request it for a lawful purpose. Research and order communications should be limited to laboratory-research, order, and support matters, such as product names, catalog identifiers, quantities, shipping and billing details, order status, and account or payment questions.

Marketing Preferences

If you join our Launch List, we collect the email address you provide, your first name if you choose to provide it, your confirmation that you are at least 21 years old, your email subscription status, and your consent record.

Fraud and Security Information

We may collect device, transaction, and network information to prevent fraud, investigate misuse, and protect the Services.

Information We Do Not Seek

The Services are not a healthcare service, pharmacy, medical-record system, or patient portal. We do not ask customers to disclose symptoms, diagnoses, treatment goals, prescription history, biometric information, genetic information, or other detailed health information. Do not submit such information through emails, order inquiries, or forms.

We are not representing that we are a covered entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. If we unexpectedly receive health information, we may delete it when reasonably practicable and lawful. We also do not seek, and ask that you do not provide, medical records, diagnoses, treatment information, or any information describing human or veterinary use, dosing, administration, injection, ingestion, reconstitution for administration, treatment, diagnosis, or personal outcomes. Our products are supplied for laboratory research use only.

Sources of Personal Information

We collect personal information directly from you, automatically through the Services, from our service providers, and from other lawful sources. Providers may include our website platform and host, our email service provider, and, for accepted orders, payment processors, carriers, and fulfillment providers.

How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

  • operate the Services and provide requested functionality, including the age gate and Launch List;

  • respond to research and order inquiries;

  • process, verify, fulfill, deliver, and document orders;

  • communicate about inquiries, orders, support requests, policy changes, and security;

  • process refunds, replacements, returns, disputes, and chargebacks;

  • prevent fraud, unauthorized transactions, abuse, and security incidents;

  • maintain records required for tax, accounting, quality, compliance, and legal purposes; screen, review, and verify research and order inquiries and orders for compliance with our product-use restrictions, age requirement, and applicable law;

  • analyze and improve website performance, products, and customer service;

  • send launch notifications and other marketing communications where you have consented and where permitted;

  • enforce our Terms and Conditions and product-use restrictions;

  • comply with law, legal process, and lawful government requests; and

  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our website platform provider use cookies, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies. These support functions such as site operation, security, and fraud prevention. Our age gate uses browser local storage as described above.

We do not currently use Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, or other advertising pixels or audience tools on the website. If we add analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this policy and, where required, request consent before activating nonessential technologies.

You can use your browser controls to manage cookies and local storage. Blocking or clearing them may prevent the age gate or other features from working and may require you to complete the age check again.

How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described in this policy:

  • website platform, hosting, database, and cybersecurity providers;

  • email and communications providers;

  • payment processors and financial institutions used for accepted orders;

  • carriers, fulfillment centers, and logistics providers used for accepted orders;

  • accountants, attorneys, insurers, auditors, and other professional advisers;

  • government authorities or other parties when disclosure is required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or legal interests; and

  • an acquirer, lender, successor, or other participant in a merger, financing, asset sale, reorganization, bankruptcy, or similar transaction.

We may also disclose information at your direction or with your consent.

Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly. We do not currently allow analytics or advertising partners to receive online identifiers or activity from the website for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide the opt-out methods required by law.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of anyone under 16.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected and for legitimate legal, security, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, quality, and dispute-resolution needs. Typical criteria include completion of an order, applicable limitation periods, tax and financial record requirements, chargeback windows, warranty or replacement periods, and the need to preserve evidence of policy acceptance and product-use certifications.

We may retain deidentified or aggregated information where lawful and will not attempt to reidentify data that we are legally required to keep deidentified.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security incident occurs, we will investigate and provide notices required by law.

Privacy Rights

Depending on your residence and applicable law, you may have the right to confirm whether we process your personal information, access it, obtain a portable copy, correct inaccuracies, delete information, opt out of qualifying sale or sharing, opt out of targeted advertising, opt out of certain profiling, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, withdraw consent, and appeal a denied request. You may also have the right not to receive unlawful discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.

Rights and exceptions vary by law. We may retain information when necessary to complete a transaction, protect security, detect fraud, comply with law, keep legally required records, or establish or defend legal claims.

Submitting a Privacy Request

Email graywolfpeps@gmail.com. Describe the request and provide the email address associated with your inquiry, order, or Launch List subscription. Do not send a copy of government identification unless we specifically request it and provide a secure method.

We may verify your request by matching information already in our records or through another proportionate method. Information collected for verification will be used only for verification, security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. If we cannot reasonably verify a request, we may be unable to fulfill it.

Authorized Agents

Where the law permits, an authorized agent may submit a request for you. We may require proof of authorization, direct confirmation from you, and identity verification. We may deny a request we cannot authenticate.

Colorado Residents

When the Colorado Privacy Act applies, Colorado residents may exercise the rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of personal data, and to opt out of qualifying targeted advertising, sales of personal data, and certain profiling. We will respond within the time required by law. If we deny a qualifying request, you may appeal by emailing graywolfpeps@gmail.com with “Colorado Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. We will explain the result of the appeal and provide information about further remedies when required.

California Residents

This section supplements the policy for California residents when the California Consumer Privacy Act applies. During the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the categories described above, including identifiers, customer-record information, commercial information, internet or network activity, approximate geolocation, and inferences about product interests. We collect these categories from the sources, use them for the purposes, and disclose them to the recipients described in this policy.

Subject to legal conditions and exceptions, California residents may request to know, access, correct, or delete personal information and may opt out of qualifying sale or sharing. California residents may also have a right to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics in a manner that requires a limitation right unless we disclose that practice and provide the required method.

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a California privacy right. California residents may use an authorized agent as described above.

Marketing Communications

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails through the link in the message or by emailing graywolfpeps@gmail.com. We do not currently send marketing text messages. Transactional messages about inquiries, orders, security, or support may continue after a marketing opt-out.

Children and Minors

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. Separately, access to age-restricted portions of this website, including the research catalog, and order placement is limited to persons 21 years of age or older, as described on our Age Requirement page. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact graywolfpeps@gmail.com.

Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or rely on third-party services, such as our website platform, email provider, payment providers, and carriers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We are not responsible for services we do not control.

International Visitors

The Services are operated from the United States, and we currently sell only within the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our Services, vendors, practices, or legal obligations. We will post the revised version and update the effective date. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required.
