Gray Wolf Peps is operated by Gray Wolf Enterprises d/b/a Gray Wolf Peps, organized in Montana.

21+ Access and Purchaser Policy

Access to Gray Wolf Peps and purchases through the Services are restricted by Gray Wolf Peps policy to persons who are at least 21 years old. This age requirement is a business access and purchaser policy. It is not a representation that federal or state law universally requires a minimum age of 21 for all laboratory research materials.

Date-of-Birth Self-Attestation

The website may ask you to enter your date of birth before accessing age-restricted pages. The gate is a self-attestation control and is not identity verification, government-ID verification, or a representation that we independently confirmed your age. You must provide accurate information and may not bypass, defeat, or misrepresent information to avoid an age control.

Verification Record and Privacy

When the current age gate is used, Gray Wolf Peps is designed to store only a local browser verification flag and verification timestamp for a limited period (currently 30 days), rather than the date of birth itself. The date of birth you enter is not retained. The current implementation uses browser-local storage and may apply separately to each browser or device. Clearing browser data may require verification again. Our Privacy Policy describes applicable data practices and technologies.

Purchase Certification

Before an order is accepted, a purchaser must again certify that the purchaser is at least 21 years old and has authority to make the purchase. Because orders are currently handled manually by email, this age confirmation is required as part of any manual order acceptance. The age certification is separate from any marketing consent and from the research-use certification required for any order.

No Right to Circumvent Controls

You may not use another person’s identity or date of birth, alter browser or session information to defeat an age control, or otherwise circumvent an access or order restriction. We may refuse service, cancel an unshipped order, or request additional verification when information reasonably suggests that an age requirement or other control has been bypassed or misrepresented.

No Guarantee of Identity Verification

The website age gate is not a substitute for government identification or a third-party age-verification service. Gray Wolf Peps may adopt additional verification methods for particular transactions, products, destinations, or risk conditions. Nothing in this policy limits any stricter age, identity, purchaser-qualification, or sales restriction required by applicable law.
